Family Class Applications

Are you a Permanent Resident (PR) or citizen of Canada looking to be reunited with your family members?

The Family Class Sponsorship Program enables Canadian PR/Citizens to sponsor certain members of the family to immigrate to Canada.

Eligible Family Members:

  • Spouse, common-law or conjugal partner
  • Dependent child
  • Parent
  • Grandparent
  • Sibling, nephew, niece, or grandchild under 18 years who is unmarried and whose parents are deceased

Spousal Sponsorship Applications

If you are a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada with a spouse residing outside of Canada- you may be eligible for sponsoring your partner to live with you.

There are various categories for the Spousal Sponsorship, such us:

  • Spousal Sponsorship
  • Common-law Partnership
  • Conjugal Partner Relationship

The Canadian Government does have several requirements that need to be met in order to have a successful application.

Some of these include:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada

Parent/Grandparent Super Visa Application

This Visa application allows for eligible Parent/Guardian or Grandparents of a Permanent Resident or Citizen (of Canada) entry into Canada for multiple, long term visits.

Your Parent/Grandparent may be eligible to visit for 2 years per visit, for a 10 year period- provided they meet the criteria.

In order to apply for this Program, the candidate must be considered admissible to Canada and:

  • Have a signed letter of invitation from your child/grandchild ensuring financial support during the duration of stay
  • Copies of documents proving citizenship/residency
  • Proof of Medical Insurance

There are also other requirements in order for a successful application, some of which include:

  • Application needs to be done from outside of Canada
  • Candidate must be allowed Entry into Canada
  • Conduct an Immigration Medical Exam
